REC-430Y
The REC-430Y is a scissors type cutter used to cut ACSR cables up to 556MCM as well as copper cables up to 750MCM and aluminium cables up to 30 mmm outer diameter. All cuts are clean with a minimal amount of cable distortion, which allows for easy connector installation on cables. The head can be rotated 180 degrees for greater maneuverability in working quaters. The keeper plate prevents jaws from spreading apart when cutting ACSR. The number of cuts pr charge for 19mm ACSR (336 KCM) : 150 cuts/BP-70E, 230 cuts/BP-70MH
