Hydraulic C-Frame Cutter. The CSP-35 cable cutter features a C frame cutter so that it can be hooked to overhead conductors for hot line maintentance work. Both blades, upper and lower, are easily replaceable. It can be operated by any hydraulic pupm with rated oil pressure of 700 bar (10,000 PSI)
