"Smart" Replacement battery. The BP-70I intelligent battery is the same as the BP-70E with the addition of LED display. The LED on the side of the battery allows the user to monitor the status of the batterys total life and power in between charges. Comparing with our BP-70R, it has 46% more capacity. It means 46% more crimp cycles and cutting cycles per charge. It allows visual evaluation of battery power while in use. When not used with the too, just press the check button to get an instant read out of charge remaining.

  • The battery has a limited life
  • When capacity becomes about half the original capacity the battery should be replaced
  • If the battery is stored without being charged natural drainage will cause the power to be reduced
  • Be sure to charge the battery every 3 months
  • The battery will need to be fully charged before first time use
  • Remaining battery capacity level> To check remaining battery capacity level, press the check button
  • The remaining battery capacity is displayed for about 5 seconds
