Compression dies are a critical part of compression technology since they influence the electrical characteristics of jointed conductors. As a compression tool manufacturer we are involved in the manufacture of the dies to the various international manufacturers standards but we need to know certain information before we can supply as follows:-
  1. Hydraulic tool to be used.
  2. Fitting catalogue number as well as conductor size.
  3. Die number or code (U-161, W-162, K-12, A-9, S-9 etc)
  4. Die type (W, U, P, K, Beku, Alcan, etc)
  5. Fitting outer diameter
  6. Across flats measurements in mm if hexagon compression.
  7. Type of conductor to be jointed (Aluminium, Copper, ACSR, AAC, AAAC)
